Another Beautiful Day in New Mexico

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes topped with strawberries

Frank and his #1 son-in-law went fishing today.  First stop was Harry’s Roadhouse in Santa Fe for their spectacular pancakes.  Fishing – what a great sport!

Frank went fishing and look what he caught!

Frank went to Ruidoso to get some picture ideas, a little camping and beautiful scenery.  On the way home we stopped for lunch at the Buckhorn Cafe – should have stayed for dinner too.
